In a few short weeks it will all be over for another year. This is a time when, despite the hard work and life-changing differences to your life, it can be all too easy to slip back into old unhealthy routines. Luckily many of you will have friends, old and new, who are on the same journey to add support. We at Wicklow Yoga want you to know that we’re here for you too.
At Wicklow Yoga we have been supporting Operation Transformation for a couple of years now. We have seen, first hand the amazing OT successes in our community. We have also seen some struggle once it is over. Our hats are particularly off for those that drop off only to come back fighting the following year.
We are huge believers in exercise in all it’s forms. To stick with it you have to find what suits you. While some find the gym or running is not for them, for others it is just what is required. The same goes for yoga. It is also worth mentioning that yoga is a fantastic support for people who run, helping reduce the chances of injury and building that all important core strength to help you go further.
At this stage you have all the dietary knowledge and advice you need to be successful. You just need to keep up the activity levels. We’re not dieticians, but we can certainly help you with keeping active all year long.
Special reduced rate yoga class for the whole year!
We are going to run a special OT yoga class on Saturday mornings from 9.45-10.45am. These will cost a smile inducing €50 for 5 classes and that rate will be available to OT 2015 members all year in that class. Try it out, and if you like it you are guaranteed to have low cost classes all year.
What else is exciting is that my colleagues at Wicklow Yoga have offered to match this offer in their morning classes for a limited time, so if the OT Saturday morning class doesn’t suit some of you but you still would love to keep the momentum going, then we would be delighted to welcome you to one of our other morning classes that are available in the studio. This gives you a choice of a Wednesday at 10.30am with Deirdre in her Yoga Body Rolling class, Thursday at 10.15am with Caroline for Mum and Baby Yoga or a Saturday at 11am with Alex in his Pilates class. We look forward to meeting you.
