Meditation is an exchange of energy!

Meditation helps to shift your mindset and energy, it is very easy and yet very profound. Meditation will help you take spiritual aligned action that will help you make a positive impact on your life and those around you. There is a deep spiritual experience waiting for you when you truly own and love yourself. When you are aligned with your true self, a power greater than you tends to take over. By holding clear intentions, positive visualizations and bringing loving energy you your vision, you can begin to draw the desired energy towards you. In fact, by simply allowing yourself to being mindful and intuitive in your meditation practice you can radiate your energy outwards you attract the positive reflection effortlessly. Bringing your awareness into a state where you are so moved and emotionally connected to your vision and let go and trust the universe, you will soon notice how the universe will support you.

Why practice meditation?

Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite way that stress does. By practicing meditation on a regular basis we learn to slow the heart rate and breathing which in itself introduces a feeling of calm and relaxation.

When we experience stress, our bodies automatically react.  This is best shown in the classic “fight or flight” response. In some cases of extreme danger, this physical response is helpful. However, a prolonged state of such agitation can cause physical damage to every part of the body. Even low levels of stress place a surprisingly high level of damage over time.

Meditation practice aids sleep, a vital function for our wellbeing.  It also improves concentration and heals on a spiritual, mental and physical level.

Regular meditation can enable us to become more confident and self aware.  In practice this means that people with who regularly meditate  tend to be better at recognising stressors and are able to deal with them when they occur.

We can’t avoid stress in our lives, but we can make stress less stressful for ourselves.

“The sun shines down, and its image reflects in a thousand different pots filled with water. The reflections are many, but they are each reflecting the same sun. Similarly, when we come to know who we truly are, we will see ourselves in all people”

“That thing we call intuition?

It’s your soul.

You can trust it”.
