How to clean your yoga mat

Using Manduka Mat Renew cleaning solution couldn't be easier.

After your yoga practice: spray about 20 pumps directly onto the mat. Then wipe it down with a damp cloth. Let it air dry before rolling up your mat.

For a deeper cleaning: Spray about 55 pumps onto the mat and let it soak for 3-5 minutes. Use a damp cloth to scrub the surface where there are stains or particularly stubborn dirt. Then wipe the mat down with a clean cloth. Again let the mat air dry before rolling it for storage.
