What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki, meaning “Universal Life Force,” is a healing practice that channels energy to support balance and well-being across physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional levels. Rooted in ancient Buddhist teachings and rediscovered by Mikao Usui, Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique. The healer acts as a clear vessel, allowing universal energy to flow through them to the client. During a typical one-hour session, clients remain fully clothed, relaxing on a treatment couch, while energy is gently channeled to promote deep relaxation and inner harmony.

What Happens During a Reiki Healing Treatment?

During a Reiki healing treatment, the practitioner places their hands in various positions on the client’s head and body, focusing on key energy centers and chakra points. Intuitively, the healer detects energetic imbalances, helping to restore harmony within the subtle energy system, biofield, and aura. This gentle yet powerful practice promotes holistic well-being, enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Each session is conducted in a serene and safe environment, allowing clients to fully relax and receive the healing energy.

What Will I Feel?

During a Reiki healing session, you may experience profound relaxation and a sense of peace, with many clients even drifting off to sleep—perfectly natural and encouraged! You might also feel warmth or tingling sensations emanating from the healer’s hands, as the Reiki energy flows to where it’s most needed. Each experience is unique; the energy will target areas of imbalance, facilitating healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Ultimately, Reiki helps to restore balance and harmony, leaving you rejuvenated and connected.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of Reiki sessions required varies for each individual, depending on personal healing goals and the nature of the issues being addressed. Some clients may experience significant benefits after just one session, while others might find ongoing treatments beneficial for deeper healing and emotional release. Generally, regular sessions can help enhance the effects of Reiki, allowing for a more comprehensive healing journey. Our Reiki attunement workshop is perfect for those ready to learn or refresh their Reiki skills. Guided by Claire, you’ll experience the attunement process, where your chakras are opened using sacred symbols, allowing for a deep connection with universal healing energy. This powerful initiation begins a 21-day cleanse, helping release past energies and fostering personal growth. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident in self-healing and providing Reiki to others, empowering you on your journey toward greater well-being and balance.

Reiki Level 1 Course

After initiation in our Reiki Level 1 course, students typically experience accelerated spiritual growth. An integration period is essential before proceeding to the next attunement. This period, which lasts a minimum of 28 days, ensures that each student is spiritually, energetically, and physically prepared for further initiation. Rushing into the next level is discouraged, as readiness is crucial for a successful progression on your healing journey.

Reiki Level 2 Course

In our Reiki Level 2 course, you will deepen your healing practice by learning sacred symbols that enhance your energy work. This workshop introduces the powerful technique of distant healing, allowing you to send Reiki energy beyond physical boundaries. You will gain confidence in using these symbols and techniques, empowering you to offer healing to others, no matter the distance. Prepare to expand your abilities and connect more profoundly with the universal life force energy that surrounds us.

Reiki Masters

Embark on the journey to becoming a Reiki Master, where you will receive further sacred symbols and explore the ethical components of Reiki practice. To ensure readiness for this advanced level, a minimum of 12 months is required after completing your Reiki Level 2 attunement. This time allows you to integrate the higher energies and frequencies associated with the Master/Teacher level. Each workshop includes a comprehensive manual and a certificate, validating your achievement in this transformative healing art.
